As I entered the restaurant to pick up my order, i was hit with an unsettling smell, like mildew or maybe sewage, which was unlike my great experience when i dined in last time. I paid extra for cinnabon icing with our cinnastix. I had to check our boxes to be sure we got them, but none of our extra sauces were there, so I am glad I checked. As the front desk woman hands me the cinnastix icing, I asked if they were out of the cinnabon cream cheese icing. I order the cream cheese icing in the first place because the regular icing tastes like chemicals to me, and makes my mouth burn. The front desk lady, who was very kind, asked the kitchen staff if i could have the cream cheese icing, but he told her to just give me cinnastix icing. How do they make cinnabons then now? Just open the cinnastix icing and pour it on? I used to work for a pizza hut and we always had a nice container with a scoop to put the cream cheese icing in souffle cups. And, when we ran out, we would simply put it out of stock on the online menu, or call the customer to ask if they were okay to use the other icing. Overall, my cinnastix tasted bland, almost like the ratio of cinnamon sugar was way off.. i can barely taste any sugar at all... i tried to enjoy the icing thinking maybe they fixed the recipe, but it still makes my mouth burn. I would have been much more understanding had they called me in advance to let me know they didnt offer cinnabon icing for cinnastix, afterall I had scheduled this order to be made almost an hour after i placed it, leaving plenty of time for quality assurance on this order. Now when I get home I will have to go to the grocery store to get my own cream cheese icing, and put more sugar on it just to be able to...
Read moreI showed up at 830, they close at 10pm got rejected to eat in the dining room even tho I'm by myself, there was no customers there but one picking up a carryout, the young gentlemen was grabbing a menu to seat me and she (im assuming manager) interrupted rudely and told him no, the lady told me there's only 3 of us we ain't gonna have time to wait on you and service you. Would give 0 stars if I could, the lady who serviced me last night (night before) was very friendly. It was even later when I showed up to eat and she serviced with a smile didn't complain and had not even had a break and was from another town running wild between phone and carryout orders i didnt run out of a drink either got refills anything i asked for! She should get a raise and the lady tonight should be fired for rudeness and running away paying customers. I chose pizza hut because I enjoy your hand tossed crust and domino's pizza isn't my favorite and most other places in sidney other then bars are closed by this time. I'm here working from out of town so my food options are to eat out and as im here for work would rather not have to choose a bar. I went right there after I got off work. This is a town with many travelers. Suggest you get this fixed with workers who aren't afraid to do there job or if your going to reject lobby after a certain time close the lobby and post it on Google as well because Google is how I found you. Thanks. Thanks again to the lady who came all the way from I believe I overheard glendive on August 6th and...
Read moreLike all service industries they are short of help. Some from Covid hangover and some from corporate mismanagement. Unfortunately this restaurant is a victim of both. I felt bad for the staff, one guy cooking and taking orders and the only other person was the delivery driver, who to her credit was trying to help. Shift change was happening so more people were showing up for evening schedule.
The wings were not the best as they may have been not very fresh to start with, the breadsticks were good though.
C’mon Pizza Hut, up your pay to attract adequate help, I know, I know chain store economics. Well multiply your cost benefit ratios to figure in loss of customers and maybe you’ll see the importance of staffing. Get out of your corporate offices and go into a restaurant and see the fruits of...
