Wendy's — Restaurant in Montana

I was in the Evergreen, Mt Wendy's drive through 2 days ago. I ordered a 4 for 4 meal with a Cheeseburger Deluxe like I have previously done 70+ times since that combo deal appeared on the menu. Well, the employee on the intercom informs me that the Cheeseburger Deluxe was no longer part of the 4 for 4 options. As disappointed as I was I accepted the regular cheese burger with my 4 for 4 and asked if they could "add" lettuce and tomato to my regular cheeseburger. The employee repeats that the deluxe cheeseburger was not an option with the 4 for 4 meal. So then I asked for a side of lettuce and tomato. The employee responded with the price of my 4 for 4 would be increased to $6.54 if I orderd the "side" of lettuce and tomato. This is the moment I became angry. And you could hear it a bit in my tone of voice as I calmly repeated the fact they he was refusing to put a peice of lettuce and one slice of tomato on my burger unless I paid over half the price of the TOTAL meal extra....this is when a female's voice takes over the intercoms and matter of factly tells me the Deluxe Cheeseburger Is not an option with the 4 for 4 meal any more. I was almost speechless at the complete ridiculously disregard for me, THE CUSTOMERs, requests. I was astonished at what these to lower class Wendy's employees were going through to make sure there was not one peice of lettuce or one slice of tomato ended up on my cheeseburger that day. Came here yesterday and wanted to try out the Krabby Patty Burger meal. I’m really not one to leave reviews at all but this was wild to me and maybe it’s because I’m pregnant and hormonal but these people literally put ghost pepper ranch on my burger as the sauce. I wouldn’t have even known because it was my first time having the burger. I just kept mentioning to my partner that I didn’t get the hype about the burger. It just tasted like a burger with spicy ranch. Only to find out later that the krabby patty burger sauce is indeed NOT spicy at all. And they literally put ghost pepper ranch on it to sub not having sauce made or whatever the issue was. Seriously???? So yeah, I had heartburn all night and didn’t get to actually eat the burger because it was so spicy. I enjoy ghost pepper ranch when I’m not pregnant. But not on my burgers. Managers: please train your employees...

The younger guy who took our order seemed normal enough, but the woman who gave us our food just kept staring at me with this intense crazen look. While sitting there waiting for our order, I honestly started to wonder if I had sprouted a unicorn horn out my forehead or something similar. I think I'm a fairly normal looking with no tattoos or piercings to draw the attention of those who care about such things. I was wearing a plain blue t-shirt and khaki shorts, so that's nothing to write home about either. I'm still somewhat undecided as to whether I looked like a bad past association, am way more unusual looking than I think I am to some people, or if this woman was just a few cards short of a deck.
