The quality is bad, really bad, this company has been grouth that much, that they don't care anymore the quality, all they want is put money in their pockets, when it was Oroweat, there was quality, now, bimbo is almost a monopoly, when you go to the store, and you want to buy a loaf of bread, wichever you grab it, it's bimbo, so they don;t worry any more about the quality, the bought almost every bread company in US just to take the control over the market, if you pay attention, they own from Marinela, and bimbo, to Entenmans, boboli, Sara Lee and Oroweat, among too many others, so the consumer have no options, whatever you want to take, its bimbo. for me is the most cheap company, because they use only, MEXICAN INGREDIENTS, because they're cheap. they don't use anymore national ingredients, so if posibble, don;t buy bimbo...
