I had a really bad experience with this place. I had to take my car here because it was the only place available due to Covid . Took my 2020 Corolla to get an engine replace due to vandalism. This place took my original windshield glass that was perfectly fine and replace it with a cheap one. They also replace my orinal spark plugs and replace with cheap ones as well. When I asked why was this done they said that the car had came to them like that. I show them pictures of the day the car was taken to them with the original parts and they didn’t not what to say. Also the paint from my hood was a complete mess, instead of getting it replaced as they stated on the insurance claim they fix it them selfs leaving it with a big noticiable repaint mark. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I really regret using their services. Shortly after getting my car it stop on me in the freeway during slow traffic due to the spark plugs problems. My car was constantly hot from inside due to the cheap windshield glass. 2 months after my car gave up on me. Not Only did they replace my engine with a cheap one but and old one with a lot more miles than my original. I honestly regret taking...

Took a car that had been damaged in a collision since I previously had good results with this shop. After signing off to have the vehicle repaired, the insurance company informed me it would result in a total loss due to the shop updating its findings during tear down. As a result the vehicle was stored for approximately for a week and a half. Since they could not ( or would not) acquire the parts, the shop charged their outrageous rate of $250 a day for storage. This is an absurd fee to charge considering other shops do not charge this gross amount. Even L.A county charges a (comparatively) reasonable rate $140 a day. After not fixing the car, having to surrender it as a total loss since they did not wan't to be liable for any problems that might arise from a partial fix, they seemingly extorted my insurance company for the storage fee. This in effect, robbed us of most of our insurance payout, and now we are left with no vehicle and no funds. I would avoid this shop at all cost, as it is now also removed from farmers preferred shop. It would seem the owner(s) still holds a grudge or is comfortable extorting its customers, both of which the operators should...

Shady Place!! I was given a call from this place and when i followed up to get information they were helpful; Sarah gave me the name of the person that contacted them. I stopped to contact the police and once i was advised on what to do I called back. I called back and asked if my vehicle they inquired about was there ; when she stated it wasn’t i told her my vehicle was stolen and wanted more information on the contact person inquiring about my vehicle, suddenly she had no upfront information and stated she’d call back with information. She did not; I called back and the next day she knew nothing when she had already given me a name. She tried to say the insurance contacted them but that was it. She no longer had any notes on it she kept saying. i asked for name and she no longer had it. i called the insurance and they do not outsource. Clearly there is a criminal there or they have no problem aiding them Im a hardworking person and honest. if you like working and giving business to people aiding and not helping people that earn everything honestly this is the place.
