STICK TO JUST ICE CREAM... While I give them high praise for their chocolate ice cream, their food is severely lacking. My husband and I ordered 2 hamburgers with family fries. What we got? 2 sloppy joes with family fries. The "burgers" were extremely small (about the size of MAYBE 2 sliders) and we didn't know it was going to be just ground beef...not a patty...just ground up beef, placed on a bun with ketchup, mustard, onions and relish. Apparently, after speaking with them on Facebook they call it "loose meat" which literally isn't a hamburger even though they call it that and (most) customers expect it to be when they order a HAMBURGER. So, save your $3 a sandwich and go to McDonald's and get your food then go to Art's and get your ice cream. You'll save $2 because these "hamburgers" are equivalent to a McDonald's dollar menu burger except McDonald's is actually a better bang for your buck and you'll actually...

After spending $70 on food here, I asked for a dish of water for our dog on a hot day. The girl who took my order was kind and accommodating, but another employee quickly stepped in and said they could not give out cups of water for any reason. I even offered to hand back a dirty cup for them to refill with tap water, but she still refused.
I ended up buying a bottled water for my dog. The original sweet cashier gave me the bottle and quietly slipped me a Styrofoam cup, apologizing for her coworker’s behavior.
One would think that when you’re a paying customer spending a significant amount of money, providing a bit of sink water for a pet wouldn’t be an issue. I’m not sure if this is a management policy or just poor judgment on the part of an employee, but it left a bad taste in my mouth—very...

I'm new to the area, and from the south, so some things are different here. When I order a burger, I expect a burger. I got a "loose meat" burger as that was the only option. It was essentially a Sloppy Joe with no sauce. And bland. ZERO flavor and not even salted. Very greasy. No lettuce, tomato, etc available to dress burger. I did get pickles and a mayo packet, so...is this just a northern thing that's new to me...🤷🏻♂️
Cheese curds were EXCELLENT. Great flavor, cooked to perfection.
Service was OUTSTANDING. Very little wait. Very polite people working. Good came up quick. Service was great and so were the people.
