The coffee is top-notch! Chefs kids 9/10! I had the Tuscany Toffee Freezer, it was rich creamy and decadent, my wife's white mocha freezer was equally delicious! My daughter got a very berry smoothie, which was out of this world. However, the reason I'm deducting 1 star is the food, we've tried the sausage and cheese croissant, it was bland and chewy and they were EXTREMELY stingy with the cheese, the bacon egg cheese croissant, same complaints as the sausage but worse because the egg was like solidified water. The blueberry muffin tastes like cheap box mix with almost no blueberries, my 6year old liked her cake pop though! All in all, it's a coffee shop. I went again this morning, but actually left my card in my wife's car, so I asked for another card. The employee handed me the card without a punch. Mind you, I was never offered a card last week and would have never knew anything about it, if it wasn't for the wife. The employee stated that my card would be punched on my next purchase, which I thought was weird because I'm making a purchase right now. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at [ellianos] today. I ordered a drink, but unfortunately, it tasted awful—completely undrinkable. When I approached the staff to return it, they outright refused, showing no concern for customer satisfaction.
The manager was unhelpful and dismissive, and the employee who served me was just as indifferent. Instead of addressing my concern or offering a replacement, they simply refused to take responsibility. This is unacceptable customer service.
