I went in to get a Vera Bradley item as a going away present for one of my teachers right before work, so I was in my work uniform, didn't have any makeup on, ect. and they looked at me with disdain and did not offer to help me despite me being the only paying customer in the store, and continued to scrutinize when I browsed as though I were going to take off with something. It was very, very degrading. I wound up spending almost $80 in there and am very disappointed in myself that I did not take my business elsewhere as they were rude when I asked to see other patterns and barely improved when I purchased my item. I've purchased numerous charms from them in the past. However, now they act as though you are bothering them if you call and ask if a certain charm is in stock or they refuse to look for you all together. They would rather you waste your time driving out there to look for yourself. That is not the case at any other Pandora retailer. If you walk in they may not be in the "mood" to help you.
