I rate this location a 0. I placed an order for the Italian cheesy bread add pepperoni. I order this all the time so when the Clerk told me the price, I did think it was king of high, but I just thought the price went up. When my order was read the Manager Kayla called me up and showed me the order. i told her that was not what I ordered. Kayla stated this is what you paid for. So, I then told her my order and she stated this is what you paid for. So, i told her I want what I ordered. Kayla charge me another $1.82. I asked what was that for, she stated the cheesy bread. So, apparently she was mad because I would not accept that order. Instead of her remaking it. She made about 8 orders before she placed my food in the oven. Once it finished cooking she called me back up, the order was wrong again. She did get the cheesy bread with pepperoni right, but she also gave me a pepperoni pizza. I politely told her the order was incorrect. So, I told her just give me a refund on the balance, because I wanted the cheesy bread. Kayla said wait a minute. Kayla proceeded to go make pizzas with no gloves and hair net. She has a long ponytail that's slanging everywhere. Kayla made about 10 orders before she came back to the counter. I then asked for all my money back, because she made me wait about 15 minutes while she made pizzas and got pizzas out the oven. When she gave me my change back it was $14.46. She was so low down and dirty, she gave me one of the $1.00 back in quarters. I told her I see $1.00 bills in your drawer. She said whatever. Kayla attitude is awful and unprofessional. I pull up mod, recent calls the number was 2, the McGee road store. They say that I didn't call in and order a Pizza. So they have no Pizza ready for me when I get there. I'm in a hurry. My husband's got to be back at work, was supposed to be back at work 10 minutes ago, and now I'm having to wait on a Pizza to be made. How right is that? How, how fair is that? Today I ordered another pizza with the app. Received a call that they were out of mashrooms, I told them add more tomatoes to the left side of the pizza. The non give a crap lady on the phone said we cant. I said why did you run out of tomatoes which she replied no we just don't have enough for you other side. Really For half a pizza? Not like they put much anyway
I understand if they are running out of topics, but give me an option instead of no and cancel if you want. I'm glad I cancelled, tried little ceasars pizza and I was very happy, they were also happy I went there. Very nice people and paid 1/3 of the price at Domino's. I wonder is this is just certain employees or systematic and the franchise owner is not aware of it or don't care since they are busy to busy to take care of their old customers.
