Worst experience Ive ever had at subway. My sandwich was made wrong and I got yelled at by an employee. I am not a complainer but the woman that was putting the veggies on my sandwich was very slow, so slow that there was a line to the door. She messed up my sandwich and wrapped it up and processed to give it to me. I told her but the sandwich is wrong my daughter doesn’t eat mayo and the other lady who was on the meats started yelling and said what do you want me to do make you another sandwich along with some other ugly comments I couldn’t believe what was happening. I was so embarrassed and upset I left. Not only was my sandwich wrong but I was talked to very ugly like I did something wrong. I will never be back to this location. I had to stop somewhere else for my daughter cause it wasn’t fixed and the way I was treated there was so unprofessional and disrespectful. Granted they were just about to close, but Sam was happy to accommodate every single one of us latecomers to walk in the store. His smile was enough to let us know he didn't mind that he may have to say a little bit later just because of our stomachs were rumbling for a little sandwich action. I was able to find out a little more about him, his degree which he just received from ASU, and was even more impressed although I shouldn't be surprised that a man of his character would be in the pursuit that's helping others as a full-time career. I gave the restaurant a second chance by returning and they have waisted my time and money on both days. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want a full refund or a new order.
