Taco Bell — Restaurant in Montgomery

With the exception of a middle-aged blackWoman, this customer service is absolutely worthless. I have gone 3 times in the last week between 9:30 and 10 o clock. The first time, I waited half an hour, inside the restraint. Said middle-ahed woman was very kind, even getting my food before she was scheduled to clock in. It took so long, the 2 of us literally stepped outside and had a smoke waiting! This in a 2-person order, not for a sports bus. There is a short, mixed-race, young girl who ALWAYS has something smart to say. Tonight, my wife's Mexican pizza looked like roadkill the way it was put together. I had started to go there because it was less than 3 minutes from my house, as I live just a few blocks from Gunter AFB(which is all but across the street from the resteraunt. WARNING! Do Not eat here. At drive in purchased $5.00 comb. Get home within 15 minutes. Chaulpa was moldy, and Cinammon Twist tasted stale. Their preparer could easily see Chalupa was moldy, but served anyway. If can't serve fresh food then shut it down owner!

I've come to conclusion best eat at a genuine Mexican restaurant or fixings at home, at least you'll know the food wasn't outdated. People get sicknesses from these food establishment in Alabama because its Health Department Environmentalist are not keeping tabs on these businesses. Went through drive through ordered for two people, we were the first in line and the parking lot wasn’t full. We waited about 10 mins, they asked us to pull forward, we asked how long they thought it would take because we were in a hurry, we might just need a refund if it was going to be too much longer. The cashier was super rude, manager came over and was very nice. She said they were starting the order right then and it would only be a few more minutes. We pulled around, waited 10 or more minutes, my husband went in, got the food and brought it out. The order was wrong. He went back in because all of his food was missing, they had given a quesadilla instead of his taco, Crunchwrap and chalupa. They gave him his Crunchwrap but still forgot his chalupa and taco. When they finally got his right my tacos were gone out of the bag. We gave up and just left with what we had....
