Greenhouse Cafe at Allerton Park — Restaurant in Monticello

You would be surprised to find such a lovely little cafe at Allerton. It's perfectly placed to have some refreshing drinks and food after a hike around Allerton

Food: My wife is vegetarian and we always try to find a place which intentionally has more than just a single vegetarian option. This place has a good set of options across different types of food. They take time but it's worth it.

Drinks: Standard coffee and a lovely lemonade.

A little room for sitting with a counter to order a small selection of sandwiches from with a daily soup offering. The soup, a potato/sausage combo was quite good, but the sandwich was plain white bread-nothing special. The park is absolutely beautiful, but if you visit, skip the cafe. One worker hovered and yelled at the other worker while he worked, it was cruel and unnecessary and ruined our experience while we visited.
