Family Wok Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Montoursville

The best hot-n-sour soup I've had in 30 yrs! And the sesame chicken and the crab Rangoon were also VERY good. We are very glad to have found an old school Chinese restaurant that actually is doing Dine-in. It seems that the majority of them in our area have stayed as take-out only since covid. We really missed the hot pot of tea with our dinner. It bothered me a little that they served the soup to us in "to-go" containers. But the soup was good enough that it didn't matter. The food at Family Wok is wonderful. The food is very well made, the meat is well seasoned and cooked just right, while the vegetables are fresh and crisp. Their prices can't be beat, too. You can't really go wrong with an item off of their menu.

Two pieces of advice from a Family Wok veteran:

1. The lunch specials are the best value, and great to boot.
