Williamsport Regional Airport — Local services in Montoursville

If you have to be on time somewhere, do NOT fly out of this airport!! I go to the college in the town and I'm from Texas; it doesn't make any sense how many times my flights have been cancelled or delayed due to unexplained things. The airplanes only fly to ONE other airport. On multiple occasions, I've missed connecting flights in PHL due to the slowness of the bag valets. My flights have been delayed and cancelled twice, causing me to miss more connecting flights. Just now they cancelled my flight without even a notification!! It's such an inconvenience that this happens almost every time I fly through them. Williamsport knows that this town is an expanding one, so more planes and stops should be added to help the passengers. I should not be paying almost $350 for a plane ticket for something to go wrong almost every time. It's a quaint airport with nice workers, but the times and flights...

Terrible airline partner. There's good reason Southern Airways Express has a terrible reputation. There's a good chance you'll be booted from a flight. I have already had to drive hours home because they couldn't complete the flight. I only give 2 stars to be generous to the staff at Williamsport. Our plane was leaving around 5:55am and we were instructed to be there at least an hour or two early for bagging processing and the usual routine only to find the airport dark, and closed! We had to wait outside in the cold for like 2 HOURS until the place opened up! I really hate to give this place such a low rating because the people were so nice once open and made my flying experience a calm...
