Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Montoursville

My experience was not very good. I placed my order and was told it would be 30 minutes. An hour later still didn't get my order so I called. While on the phone the young lady I was talking to asked the manager lady what was up with my order since it had already been 67 minutes. The manager stated she completely forgot and told the young woman to tell me that it's on it's way. Then told her to lie again and say that traffic is really busy and it would be out soon. Then when asked how long it would be was told they haven't yet made my order and it would be another 30-45 minutes before my order was done. Then gave me an attitude cause I was upset that I would have to wait that much longer. For an order I was told originally would be 30 minutes.. So in total weight ended up waiting a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for a 30...

Worst customer service and management ! I ordered a pizza & Italian Hoagie last Fri 1/17/24. The Hoagie was for a late dinner when I got home. The "Italian" Hoagie had no lettuce/tomato/Onion or oil/Mayo it was a dry roll w/ meat and cheese. I called Fri evening after my discovery and someone picked up the phone and said "We're closed" and hung up. I called today on my 1st day back at work and apparently the books on Hoagies & complaints closes after a day. The Female manager offered no apologies only excuses and snidely said "So you were missing some vegetables I'll give you 10% off your next order" I told the quack manager "There won't be another order". I hope there is a Corporation or owner...

On 11/03/2023 I ordered from your Montoursville PA location. Apon delivery I discovered there were both onions and ham on the pizza both of which were NOT to be on there. I called to state my complaint and the manager Sarah got on the phone accused me of lying, told me to send her a photo of the pizza in which I did. She then continued to tell me it wasn’t onions or Ham on my pizza. In the photo you clearly see the onions. This wouldn’t have been a huge deal if there wasn’t an allergy to onions so the pizza...
