Ramunto's Montpelier — Restaurant in Montpelier

My family tried this restaurant a few months ago and we loved it. The food was great and service was A+. The last time we ordered pizza, it was still doughy and the woman at the front counter was super rude. I also deliver for a third party delivery service and went to pick up an order last night for a customer. It was fairly busy and I waited a couple of minutes to ask about the order. The woman at the counter said they received the order awhile ago but because they were so busy, they chose to ignore it and not make it. Instead of canceling it and shutting off the delivery service tablet, they chose to let orders come in and ignore it. Just because the customer didn’t call it in or walk in to order food, doesn’t mean they deserve to be ignored. They told me they didn’t know how long it would be before it was ready, and then said at least 30 minutes. I unfortunately had to cancel because I don’t get paid by the hour. Poor customer service and the food is starting to go downhill. It’s a shame because it’s the only pizza my family liked...

I've ordered the same meal from this place 3 times in the past two weeks. The first time, my BBQ tenders came covered in sauce and were amazing. The second time, there was no sauce, and the third time, I was provided 2 small BBQ packets and plain tenders, which were a different style of tender than the first two times. When I called to ask about this, I was told "someone new made them" when they came plain, and when I was provided with two packets of sauce the 3rd time, I was told "we don't make them covered in sauce". Both times, the staff seemed blaise to my concerns and told me to work it out in door dash or leave a note of I wanted something special. It's a shame, the quality of that first order was amazing. Have ordered pizza from this place twice in the last couple of months. We’ll start with the food: the pizza’s flavor is amazing. But unfortunately, the crust is paper thin, there is no flavor to the crust because of the lack of thickness. It is very cheesy, which I don’t mind, but also very oily. It comes in very big slices, but isn’t actually much food because of how thin the crust is. It would take about 3-4 slices stacked on top of each other to make a regular slice. The service is ok. A little confusing, but ok. Not many people working there, and the person that was in charge of the register didn’t know...
