I made a $50 online order. After waiting until the order was ready I went to pick it up through the drive through. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through with other cars that were parked ahead of me because they were waiting so long for their orders. After pulling forward I waited another 10 minutes at the window. I decided to pull around and go in and just get my money back thinking I would just go to Wendy’s instead. Especially because at this point, my order had been done for nearly 40 minutes. This is when I realized that there were only two workers working their butts off with several people in line and in the drive through. They had just completed my order because they were very obviously short staffed during a dinner rush. This is unacceptable. The owner- Chris Rowe seems to be notorious for underpaying his workers and keeping them short staffed. This isn’t a good look or business model. I walked in and was immediately greeted with we are closed on the inside it is drive thru only. I said I saw that but then seen someone inside and just watched someone leave. Read moreEvery time I come here unless a certain employee is there, the service is extremely slow. I kinda make it a point to only pull in there when they have no customers. Otherwise, you’ll wait in line for ten minutes behind one person. But even in doing that, I still get told “we’ll be with you shortly”. Not one customer in front of me. No one in the lobby and two people working. Yet I’ve got to wait five minutes? I just drove off. Wouldn’t be saying anything if it wasn’t pretty much every time I go there.
