Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Moorefield

My personal first time at a Fox's Pizza, and I have to admit, was not disappointed. This placeis a very small place right on main street moorefield WV. Blink n u miss it. But, if u spot it, parking right on the street .. (no wheelchair access or parking .... However , they DO have a ramp leading to door... So if u can find a place to park... U can get in.). The restaurant itself is still being COVID safe.. there is a plastic hanging shield between u and the cashier. It's small and quaint inside. Cozy. Not a lot of seating. But small town, probably never really busy inside. They deliver and do carry out and eat in. The employees are clean, and polite. Now.... The food.... Lol. The food is EPIC here. Amazing Italian food ! I had the calzone and cheesy bread. And my bf had the steak n cheese sub We were both blown away! Portion wise, u can't beat it for ur buck! Huge portions. And the food itself is home cooking at its finest. . I loved it and...

I definitely recommend the chicken tenders and Jo Jo's. If you don't know what a Jo Jo is, it is a fried breaded potato wedge. They are one of my favorite things.

Their pizza is thin and crunchy. Tastes best if eaten immediately. If it starts to get cold it's almost better to get a DiGiorno.

The steak sub is decent. The wedgies are decent but the crispy crust can cut up your lips a little and it could use more on the inside.

The inside or the restaurant is very old and could use a freshen up. Not much seating so it's best to get to go or delivery. I don't know how far they deliver.

People who work there are usually rude, ordered delivery once a few weeks ago and it took over two hours. When called they gave half the money back and when the pizza arrived it was messy and looked like it was rushed. Ordered today and they said it would be 40 mins and am hour and a half later it came and didn't look good at all. Found a sticker on a tomatoe one time. They don't cut the pizza well, most of the time we have to re-cut the pizza. Everytime there is more of one side of the pizza than the other half. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from here at all. Two stars is what I'll give until...
