Today I finally figured out why sometimes the sandwiches are better than others. The ingredients are a constant so it is all about the person making the sandwich. Today I watched a young lady make my sandwich with care. She had good eye contact and made sure she was, giving me what I had asked for every step of the way, and that each amount was satisfactory. I know they all try to do this, but she made special efforts to tuck the condiments in with a knife as she carefully closed the buns around it. In all seriousness, it was the best sandwich I’ve ever received from that Mooresville Subway and the difference was absolutely the maker.(I get the same one every time) Being retired with nothing to do I sat inside and ate my lunch while casually, observing her go about her daily routine and her interactions with the customers. I only hope the manager realizes what kind of an asset she is. I secretly asked one of the other employees her name and she told me Autumn. Kudos to you young lady and if your boss is paying attention, you should get a raise.
Understand that I had no knowledge or affiliation with this person before today and my...
Read moreI've lived in Mooresville for over 20 years now and usually eat at this location two to three times a Month. Sometimes more. I will NEVER go back! My wife and I arrived around 7:20 pm for dinner. The service area was filthy and extremely low on produce and condiments. I can't begin to tell you the level of incomitance of the staff. I asked for fresh tomatoes', lettuce as both were practically empty. What lettuce was present was brown and wilted. My wife was told they were out of mustard! Mind you, they're open till 9:00 pm.. I was told, "THAT'S ALL WE HAVE"... I said, okay and proceeded with my three sandwich/meal order, slightly irritated I might add. Within five minutes, more customers began to arrive and wouldn't you know it, as we sat and ate our meals, the FRESH lettuce and tomatoes magically appeared.. I confronted the staff once the other customers had left and they literally ran to the back and stayed there as even more customers walked in and had to wait on them to do there job (s). I made several attempts to contact the Manager or the owner with no luck. Maybe that's who taught the...
Read moreAn hour before close, all 3 employees sitting at table in dining area remaining seated until I was in front of counter. Employee walked behind counter & asked what I'd like as she put gloves on. They were out of the bread I prefer so I was going to order another type but they were out of all soups as well so I left & went to Camby Subway. Camby store also out of my bread & all soups. The employee asked me to have a seat because another employee was sent to Walmart to pick up more bread & they'd be back any moment (Baked fresh in store daily? Really?) She also sternly stated they aren't making more soup for just one person because it'll just get wasted. So I left without ordering & drove all the way to 465 & Kentucky to a 24 hour Subway where they can keep making soup without it being wasted. They were out of chicken soup & chocolate chip cookies. They did put cookies in oven but said it'd be 10-15 min wait. I ordered a sandwich but didn't wait on the cookies. My experience with these 3 Subways were within a 1-hour period of...
