Nosh Dessert Parlour — Restaurant in Mooresville

Recently, we stopped by, and we were greeted by the friendly staff. We ordered a few desserts to take home and enjoy later in the day. The chocolate mousse, which was smooth, rich, chocolatey, and creamy, was encased in dark chocolate and sitting on top of a chocolate cookie, which was almost cake like The combination of all three was a truly sweet but not too sweet experience of chocolate three ways. Then we enjoyed the Butter Pecan cupcakes with Salted Caramel frosting. The buttery cake and slightly salty pecans complemented the sweet and slightly salty salted caramel frosting. The flavors played off each other so well. We have tried the sample cakes prior to our daughter's wedding and the wedding cake, and we were very impressed with the cakes and frosting combinations. My family and I were on vacation to celebrate my son’s birthday, so I needed to get some birthday treats for the celebration. Since we were from out of town I did some research and after looking at their social media I really wanted to try it out. I got an assortment of cupcakes and they looked amazing!! Also the lady working at the register was so kind. Everyone really enjoyed their cupcake and I was obsessed with the cookie butter cupcake!! My BF and I just got back from picking up a ChocoRasp Dome and a ChocoRasp Cupcake w vanilla filling. Oh. My. Goodness. Visually pleasing in everyway! Not a dry spot, perfectly moist. Actual raspberry bits in the frosting on mine.

I usually scarf down anything that I enjoy, but this was so beyond good that I actually had to savour every bite. I took my time with this! I don't think I have ever had anything soooo good that I actually paced myself so I wouldn't run out. Still working on this...
