Hardee's — Restaurant in Moorhead

My wife and I ordered Hardee's through DoorDash. She got a Double Big Cheeseburger (plain), I ordered a Monster Burger. We each got a large fry. When the order arrived it was missing the Monster Burger, the Double Burger was a single and the two large fries were two large containers that weren't even half full. Definitely not worth the $30 we paid. Tried calling the store to see if we could at least get the rest of our order, I was even willing to drive there to get it. However when I called the number on receipt and the website, the phone rang several times then asked for a secure code. Guess they don't answer their phone. it has been several weeks since this review. followed the instructions from the owner, answered a few questions and submitted my responses, and just like i thought... nothing, no response. basically they have you fill this out to shut you up. Do better "owner" take pride in your restaurant. instead of just...

Hardees is one of the best restaurants I've been to. The food is always fresh, right off the charbroiler. The staff is friendly, always trying to accommodate even the grouchiest customers. The place is always being cleaned, from the tables, to being swept, I even saw someone on the ground at one point scrubbing the floor. They really care about their store and want it to be comfortable for their customers. Also, considering that there are humans working here and not robots, you can only expect a mistake here or there. And if there is a problem every time you go to this location then perhaps the problem is you. Just because they are in the business of serving, does not make them servants. If they are being treated unfairly, they have a right to defend themselves. You coming in and yelling at them will only embarrass yourself and cause discomfort to the other customers who appreciate the effort the employees put in to...

Very clean, including the restroom. Few patrons in the dining room around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon, though the drive through was very active. No long waits either inside or out and very pleasant service. Our thickburgers were thoroughly cooked but not at all dried out. Traditional toppings and lettuce wrap were fresh and generous, though the condiments were a little too generous. They were really good for fast food burgers - much more filling than other single patty burgers. Onion rings were perfectly cooked and tasty with real onion slices, a little greasy, but that's normal at even pricey restaurants, and probably what makes them tasty. One of us had the mushroom swiss thickburger lettuce wrapped and does not recommend it. Mushroom sauce just didn't taste quite right, maybe because there was too much of it and no bread to absorb the excess. (But she...
