Boba Sarap — Restaurant in Moorpark

I was excited to check out this new boba shop in town, but unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste- and I'm not just talking about the drink. While the menu looked promising, the service was a major letdown. The manager, in particular, was unexpectedly rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. It's always disappointing when a new place forgets that customer service matters just as much as the product.
