Starbucks — Restaurant in Moorpark

After this review, I was contacted by Starbucks management and they were able to rectify and give me the points I would’ve earned if I went to Starbucks that does grant points. It’s amazing that there are Starbucks out there whether they’re in a brick and mortar or in a market they should all be able to give you points because it should be the same company should be the same across the board for everything.

Don’t bother going to the Starbucks in Vons in Moorpark if you want to earn points on your Starbucks app. They scan your barcode but they don’t tell you until it’s too late that you won’t be earning any points at that location. what’s the purpose of them scanning a barcode on your phone app if you can’t...

I’ve been going here about twice a week for a little over a year now and I gotta say I really like it! The employees even remember my name and what I get because I come here so often! The prices while a little expensive are totally doable and the quality of the food and drinks are really good! They take the time to make sure my drinks are dairy and wheat free which is reassuring because I have allergies to dairy and wheat. They are helpful friendly employees for the most part! I went in this morning for a quick breakfast while my house was being worked on and was witness to the three employees working there talking bad about another employee. Now workplace conversation is understandable but talking bad about someone else working in the establishment while around customers is extremely unprofessional and rude and certainly diminished my experience.
