Positives: friendly staff, cute store, helpful owner. Juice cleanse juices tasted good. Smoothie was also very good. Would love to support small businesses.
Negatives: Price - similar cleanses from other companies are all 16oz, these bottles averaged 11oz when poured into a measuring cup. Only 5 bottles vs 6 bottles for 3-5-7 day cleanses.
Labeling - almost all bottles had no name (one bottle had either name or ingredients), no ingredients listed on a few, and NO DATE WHEN MADE. The names would be nice when it's mostly green drinks, ingredients would be nice as whatever my orange drink was isn't listed on any bottles (carrot ginger turmeric I think). Most if not all locations have a date when bottled to be sure the customer is not getting old stock.
Caps - out of 15 bottles, 13 had loose lids not sealed up (which you forget to check when you go to shake them up or put into your lunch box and it spews out the top and now you wasted some of the little drink you have). One was not even finger tight and barely was on which I luckily caught before shaking up...

I've had acai bowls in Philly, Pittsburgh, Connecticut and Colorado, all of which were delicious, really excellent, and very similar in content, toppings etc. This acai bowl missed the mark. The acai base had so much ice blended with it, that it no longer retained flavor from the acai. (It seemed as though they might be trying to stretch the base by adding so much ice.) It was a disappointing AND pricey ($14 with the toppings that I requested.) The girls were very generous with the granola. Peanut butter tasted like Jif, so if you're looking for a healthier high end peanut butter, this is not it. Pretty decent amount of banana and blueberries. Very few cacao nibs. All things considered, I found it too expensive, with a really bad acai base. All the other bowls I've had elsewhere were $10, (regardless of toppings,) and added only almond milk to the acai....
Read moreUber Eats unfortunately isn't the best route to order from this cafe. Ordered, waited the 20mins for pickup, drove to the cafe and they weren't aware I sent in an order so I had to wait another 10mins. Just glad I have that flexibility with my job. Granted they were extremely busy and everyone was polite and attentive once you were physically in the shop, but I'm not the most impressed with the food quality. Everything was made on the spot. I ordered the artichoke, spinach and egg biscuit sandwich and the grilled buffalo chicken. The artichoke seemed not fully cooked, unseasoned and the egg was flash baked. Was unfortunately a bit dry and the biscuit wasn't soft, flaky or buttery. It was just a round little loaf ball. The Buffalo chicken sandwich may have been pre-made chicken shreds and just grilled on a press. A 5min drive back to work and it was fridge cold. Was a bit basic to me. Thought I'd give them a try because they're at a convenient location but I...
