That Guy With the Dough — Restaurant in Moosic

I am Italian and live in a town with many Italian citizens who came from Italy. We celebrate The Running of the Saints the same as Gubbio, Italy every year. We have a lot of Italians but not many pizza places. Some try but manu fail. With that said, I thought I've been tasting good authentic Italian pizza but I was wrong! I ate at this establishment and let me tell ya.. Their sweet and tangy wing sauce is what I love. Their hoagies and my favorite pizza of all time, white broccoli, tomato, basil and garlic are THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED!! After working a late shift I decided to stop in to buy whatever pizza that may have had left. Sure enough they had a mixed tray of my favorite pizzas and I bought the entire tray. The male owner was so kind to me. He asked where I lived, started conversation with me and he also gave me a discount because he didn't have any more types of pizzas because he had a busy day and sold out. I was ok with it and told him that because what he had left was all my favorites anyway. I didn't mind paying full price but he insisted. I drove home and inhaled all the pizza within 15min. I rushed on eating it all so I wouldn't have to share with my husband or kids. Usually I feel awful for that but I HAD to make an exception and go all out and treat myself for once! 😂 The wife can come off as being a little "too strong" but that night she was very nice to me and her husband was an absolute angel! He seems like an amazing guy who loves what he does, loves the food he makes and loves hearing how much costumers love his food as well. I order pizza here and don't mind the long drive to get it. I can't find anything that comes close to being compared to theirs! I highly recommend trying their white broccoli or tom, basil...

I live in the Caribbean and haven’t had a chance to stop here in years, but anytime I’m driving between Virginia and New York/New England, I structure my trip around a stop here. I think I first came to try their Old-Forge-inspired pizza, and left with ingredients and instructions on how to recreate it at home. Since then I’ve tried a bunch of their other pies. There is a lot of variety, not just of toppings, but of actual pizza styles here. Joe is amazing. He’s super friendly and a real pizza scholar who with a broad repertoire and a dedication to getting the styles right. I also have to weirdly give five stars to the location. If ever there was a hole in the wall, this is it. The first time you go, you’ll think you’re in the wrong industrial park. Somehow that makes it cooler. Amazing pizza great ppl and try the wings! I love this place Edit: 10/04/2025 I dont recall the review that is written above this, further more i have never had wings from the place for as long as I've been customer since joe and fran ran it, further more I did place an order here and they claimed to not have it after giving them both names that the order could be under and the phine number (we were picking up pizza on our way to Hunlock creek where we would be eating it) someone did call a few minutes after we left and left a voicemail stating that they found my order and that they'd deliver it to me.. that would of been great but I'd never expect a delivery to Hunlock creek besides the lady who seemed all out of sorts and confused as hell was enough for me to decide its not my favorite pizza...
