Vinny's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Moraine

Although the food was tasty, the service was very poor. I had been there before but quit going because the service was the lousiest ever. My last time ever going to patronize this establishment, the waitress, never came back to see if we wanted anything else and it took forever to bring some of guests their checks. Beware of this place. If you like being treated like crap, and having a lackluster manager to mediate any issues, then this place is for you. If you enjoy great service, or even good service, then you may want to eat elsewhere. I know I am. It's sad that folks allow themselves to be treated this way for a $.50...

This place is a joke. Never eaten here or been here. Drive by the place all the time for work. So my wife and I decided to go have dinner here. They change the special sign daily. They have signs outside saying the dining room is open. We were really expecting something good since they took so much pride in advertising daily specials. We walk in about 6pm. no one behind the bar. No servers ...nothing. Then a girl none to friendly tells us the kitchen's closed. Were like...Huh...then why is there a sign outside that says the dining room is open??? Needless to say we have seen all we need to see. We wont worry...

I don't normally leave harsh reviews, but what I witnessed at Vinny's Bar and Grill was unacceptable. The moment I walked in, I noticed the kitchen did not feel clean for a food establishment—sticky floor, etc. But the worst part was that, while waiting for my food, I saw bugs crawling around the kitchen area. Yes, actual bugs—while a staff member was actively cooking. The staff was alerted, and I immediately left. I'm just so disappointed because I really loved their breakfast and their chicken wings. I just think the owner should invest some money in cleaning up the kitchen area...
