Hardee’s — Restaurant in Morganton

It's clear to see no one wants to work and hardees will hire ANYONE to run their stores. They have ZERO customer service skills and ZERO time management skills. After sitting in the drive thru 10 minutes, I was asked to pull up and my food would be brought out. After waiting for another 10 minutes and 8 cars later, I go in to get my food. When I told the "manager" I had been waiting 10 minutes, she did not apologize or ask me what I had, she just abruptly asked if I wanted a refund? After telling her I wanted my food, she walked around aimlessly "looking" for it then went to the cook seeking guidance I assume, then low and behold the bag of food was on the counter....or at least most of my order. But whatever, I won't be back. I guess the only requirement Hardee's has would be "to show up". In all reality, it is simply not good enough. Usually enjoy my visits here, not today. Employee was extremely rude about my order. I never got fries. I’m not one to complain, even less about fries but I just feel very angry about this situation. They bring my hamburger out with no fries and tell me they’ll have them out shortly, they proceed to serve other customers after me with their meals including fries but never bring mine out... at this point I’m done with my burger and ready to head out and I still have no fries I go up to the counter and ask about them for the second time and this rude lady just tosses some money at me and says she doesn’t have fries, wow. Never going back I would place a bad review online but I never got my recipient (go figure) they ask for the receipt number in order to place the review. I had stopped going to this location in Morganton because of the service, however, i decided to give it a try this morning. The drive through had a closed sign on it that said come inside. i go inside and there is one girl on the register and one on the window (now open). i waited 10 min. to give my order (on ahead of me). Once she decided to take it someone ask for coffee because the drink station was out. She began making coffee instead of calling someone to help up front. She grabbed my bacon egg and cheese put it in a bag and put it on the other end of the counter out of my reach and then started plating food and totally ignored me.
