Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Morgantown

We ordered at #13. I asked for lettuce on the 3 kids meal burgers. She said to check the screen for accuracy and then pay. (Also she called me baby at the end of every sentence.) Nothing showed up. I did the call button again and a different person answered. I told her no order showed up so I didn't put my card in to pay. She said my order was showing up at #12. It was close to 15 minutes before someone brought out my order. I gave her my card to pay and asked for ketchup. I checked the food and found no lettuce on the burgers. She brought back my receipt and card with ketchup and I asked her to bring lettuce. While I waited I checked my reciept. They overcharged me over $3 total ($1+ of each kids order). I waited for my lettuce that never came and I couldn't ask about the overcharge. I didn't have time to press the button again and wait as I had to go pick up daughter. The topper was that all the food was barely warm. The fries were limp and gross. And the lime slushy tasted terrible, like too much syrup. Horrible...

I am very disappointed in sonic I worked there myself and know things can be busy.However I went there once this week with my husband we ordered 2 large combos an extra side of cheddar peppers a blast and a order of cinna snacks. We ended up spending like 40.00. We waited about 40 min for our order however on the way home my husband informed me they never gave us the blast. So I went back and told them they gave me the same exact blast I was missing because it was liquid and like a soup, then in the way home I was informed I didn't have my cinnasnacks. I never did go back at this point I was frustrated. Well last night I decided to stop in to get a water and a ocean water I set in the stall for 30min never received my drink so I decided to go through the dthru I finally got my drinks when I asked what was going on because I set there for 30min I was told they were busy however they had 4 cars in the parking lot. This store has went down so much in the last month. I'm afraid if corporate doesn't step in we won't...

So after several months I decided to visit sonic after my last horrific visit. I ordered a large diet cherry limeade, a large strawberry limeade and the new Halloween chocolate trick or treat blast. 3 things and two of them they got wrong. The diet cherry limeade was not diet and they put strawberry pieces in it. I'm a diabetic so I couldn't even drink it even if it didn't taste gross. The chocolate trick or treat blast I ordered for my wife wasn't even chocolate and the cup was barely half full. After waiting for 20 minutes for it to come out, when the employee did come out she went to three different cars before making it to ours and had to ask if that's what we had ordered. The entire time staring blankly at the receipt, that was clearly printed had our order clearly printed along with the stall number. I'm begging to think the problem with this store is with it's upper management, if not the owner. I won't be returning, such a waste of money. This location is not...
