Los Cabos Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Morrilton

The service was horrible. The place was empty of customers but we seated ourselves and had to wait for the waitress to bring menus. The wait staff all stood in the back by the kitchen and were just talking and laughing while we sat there waiting to place our orders. Someone totally different brought out my order but failed to bring out my wife's. The waitress finally looked over from all the talking and laughing and brought out the other order. The problem was everything she did she acted like it was an inconvenience to her. The food was dry and bland but it was still warm. Overall it was disappointing. We had the same horrible service prepandemic by the same waitress. (She has gold looking teeth). I don't know if someone new bought the place a couple years ago or what but when it opened it was the best of the Tex Mex food but it is horrible now. Don't waste your money people. The service was TERRIBLE. We went after UACCM's graduation. We knew they would be busy but obviously they didn't. I find this hard to believe considering they have graduation there twice a year. There was 1 hostess, 1 waitress, 1 underage kid bussing tables and 1 person helping to bring out plates. Anyway, we did NOT get the extra napkins we asked several times for. I ordered a salad and asked for dressing at that time. I had to ask 3 more times and still did NOT get when everyone else was done eating. Then when I went to check out she said she forgot to add one of our items to the ticket. I should of made them eat that cost. I didn't because I have more manners than that. 5 of us eating for 1st time and from out of town. Business wasn't terribly busy, but we had to ask for everything. It was around 8 p.m. Water refills, chips, napkins, it was a struggle to receive what you should normally get without asking. Order was placed and 4 out of 5 received food. 5th persons came maybe 5 minutes later. Cold. At one point, 6 separate people were standing around the front door waiting to check-out or pick up an order.
