I ordered a cheeseburger for my husband, with fries. The ONLY thing in the order that was correct. My order was 2 big jacks, no ketchup-what I was given 2 big jacks with cheese, bacon, no onions-I was given half of someone elses order!!! This is the 2nd time my drive thru order has been half wrong. How can half an order be wrong???? BECAUSE there is WAY TOO MUCH GOOFING AROUND, gossiping etc going on and NO ATTENTIONS are being given to orders placed!!! When I have gone inside to place an order to go, I have to STAND AT THE COUNTER AND WATCH. IF I DO NOT, MY ORDER IS MESSED UP INSIDE AS WELL. As i stand there watching my food being prepared, I have watched as the wrong items are placed upon the tray and I called their attentions to this mistake. I was greeted with a sarcastic look from this little pudgy boy that was handing out the food. He was less than thrilled ag having to correctly have my food prepared. The "cooks" were not at all happy or accomodating at re doing the food order and lazily put the order together. I demanded my monies back on this particular occasion. Read moreThey are trying to beat the system with the drive through by having a person with a tablet taking orders. It has something to do with the time it takes to order and receive your food. A timer starts when you pull up to the drive through ordering spot. Well the person with the tablet is on the side of the building and there is no menu to look at. There have been times I didn't know exactly what I wanted and just settled for what my wife got because she always gets the same thing. I usually stop there on my way home but I can go home through Warrior just as easily. So from now on I'll just drive on past this one and stop at the Warrior one. The people working are always nice and the food we do get is good hence the 2 stars. The management is the problem. They are trying to make their numbers look good at the expense of the customers that need to see the menu. I'll keep an eye out as long as I see the person with the tablet I won't be stopping there.

Read moreI went through the drive-thru on August the 7th on my way home from work. I'd had a really long day and figured I would just grab a good chicken sandwich and fries to take to the house and eat. It took me 20-22 minutes to get to the window to pick up the food and pay for the order. (I'm the third car in line from the pickup window when I place the order mind you). Normally I'll open up the sandwich to make sure that the order was right, but on this visit I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt. (I had already waited 20 minutes for this, I wasn't going to wait any longer). That might have been a mistake. I got to the house and I found I had just given a double cheeseburger a ride home along with my large fry. Now when I pass this place every day, I think about that chicken sandwich that wasn't and I just keep on driving. I would say that accuracy is probably not their strong suit.
