Goldfinch Gourmet Foods and Eatery or Cafe — Restaurant in Morristown

Stopped in on a whim during breakfast. Ive heard nothing but POSITIVE reviews about this place so while passing by I thought "today's the day" initial thoughts? The inside is clean, asthetically pleasing, organized, and the staff was friendly and ready to help right away. Now for the menu ..I'm not a coffee guy but the flavors/options looked enticing enough to where I almost considered trying something (i did not) so i can only imagine if coffee's your thing you'll get a good cup here. what I wanted was a breakfast sandwich and a baked good. I ordered a veggie sausage, egg & cheese sandwich on a delicious biscuit , a "vermonter" crossaint, and a apple gingerbread macaroon. Each item tasted was 10 out of 10. Satisfied with the meal enough to where i couldnt wait to drop this review. They mention they also serve lunch here and ill be interested to see what they have to offer for that crowd aswell. The shop also has tons of other I believe international or not common style goods for sale in the shop and overall enjoyed my first visit here. I'll be back and am looking forward to seeing how this place continues to grow in our community!...

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is very clean, calm and sheek! The employees are very nice and all had a smile on their faces. I would give 5 stars for service but i was not given the sandwhich i ordered, only the soup. I think there was some confusion when ordering because there are 2 registers but ones for paying and ones for ordering (i think? I was a little confused) but i just asked for it and they got me it and it was so good so it didnt bother me at all. Chicken salad sandwhich was awesome, the bun they use holds up nicely. The flavor was classic as i hoped for and delicious. The carrot and ginger soup was my favorite part! Absolutely delicious! Never had it before, i was very pleased. They also sell these united sodas and i got toasted coconut and was very surprised how delicious it was!! All the desserts and pastries look like treasures! I will try one...

Amazing food, great selection of pastries and soups/sandwiches. Very reasonably priced pastries and drinks. I normally get an iced tea and a pastrie to match my drink flavor, always a good pairing. Decent amount of customization in the drinks which I like. Super friendly and helpful staff, ready to recommend you something, chat, and prepare your food. Have never had any issues there. The environment is amazing, very put together and clean but feels comfortable, it's a good space to relax and have a meal either by yourself or with a few friends. Overall awesome spot and...
