Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Morristown

I typically have no trouble out of Hungry Howies. We order here at least twice a week an my orders are always around $30. Today i received my food with my pizza turned completely upside down and tore apart. I caught the delivery guy as he was leaving just a young kid that said " i dont know what to tell you, umm I guess call the store." So i came back inside and called and asked for a manager after informing her of my problem i was told. " I dont know what to tell you... We can swap the pizza out pizza for pizza but i don't know when I could get it to you" At this time it was already 8:40 and after waiting over a hour on my first order I informed her I couldn't wait another hour I have three small children who need to get to bed. She then let me know "that wasnt her problem"! No apology or anything. I understand mistakes happen but her attitude on top of a destroyed pizza that was cold has made me decided my family will no longer be purchasing dinner from Hungry Howies!! Upon moving to Tennessee with my the love of my life Jeri-Lynn Phillips she informed me of Hungry Howie's being her favorite pizza place to eat at there. Being from NY and a connoisseur of the Cheesey-Queesey made finally being able to try it an epic event for me! The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful accommodating my requests. There is a waiting area but Jeri was so excited she made time fly by and waiting out front in the car just as epic of an experience!😉 The pizza was very enjoyable, what makes it really SHINE is Howie's Crispy, Tender, Doughy, Crust! Their Asiago flavoring is amazing, I had them put it on everything!😁 I highly recommend the Stuffed Howie Bread, I got it DOUBLE STUFFED with Bacon and cheese and topped with Asiago, It is truly addictive and an absolutely to DIE FOR treat! if I could give this location and owner a 0 rating I would. I never heard from the owner at all. I couldn't find the receipt so I was unable to do anything else. So that is 40.00 wasted.

called the number and talked to a very nice lady who said she would pass everything along to the owner of the franchise and they would get back to me in 24 hours. I still haven't heard back from them. They blew it. I will not be ordering from them again.
