Read moreWhere do I even begin? My recent visit to McDonald's was, without a doubt, the best fast-food experience I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place was different. Our cashier, Ryan, was a breath of fresh air - his customer service skills were impeccable, going above and beyond in every way possible to ensure our order was perfect.
But the excellence didn't stop there. James, the manager, made it his mission to ensure that every aspect of our visit was exceptional. He checked in with us to make sure our meal was exactly as we hoped, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. And let's talk about the food â it looked like it jumped straight out of a commercial and tasted even better. It's rare to find fast food that genuinely impresses in both presentation and flavor, but this McDonald's managed just that.
What really stood out to me, though, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was immaculate, setting a new standard for what I thought was possible at a fast-food joint. This visit truly restored my faith in McDonald's and showed me what a well-managed restaurant can achieve.
If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald's. Thanks to the team's outstanding service, dedication to quality, and culinary excellence, it's an experience you won't want to miss. Hats off to Ryan, James, and the entire staff for making our visit...
Read moreAs both a former worker and customer. Do not go here. Work wise I applied to work. Not to deal with the disrespect. ⢠There was an incident over a spoon dropping and T tells J itâs nasty. It escalated to the point where she threatened to shoot her. Atmosphere wise everyone gossips and there was a time where a newly hired guy in the open kitchen grill says heâs feeling âstabbyâ. Afternoon workers come in late leaving some morning workers having to stay and the managers for noon to afternoon insist you stay. Drive through they keep receipts at time in first window while giving change, second window theyâll just give you your bag without calling anything with chances being they messed it up. You return to address it theyâll do little to no effort fixing the problem. One tall worker and a short manager with glasses(though having to be professional) showed personal display of affection as I went to gather a regular burgers box COMPLETELY disregarding I have to pass through. I can continue but all in all food wise itâs decent but itâs best to order upfront than risking a return drive through. Service wise you are better off with breakfast than afternoon lunch with a younger generation that prioritizes horse playing than doing the work professionally. Atmosphere wise in the back it would be way better if it all wasnât about gossiping, horse playing, etc. and was more on communication...
