Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Morristown

This is the nicest Pizza Plus I have ever been to. It was also clean which was shocking with only one employee working. When we walked in, there was no one at the register. After a couple minutes, I wondered into the kitchen area & found an older woman washing dishes. She saw me & said she'd be just a minute. She came to the register & took our money & we proceeded to find a table & visit the buffet. She came into the dining room & took our drink order & brought our drinks as well as another table. By then one of the other employees had come in the back door from smoking & she went to the kitchen to put in the orders for the buffet. She then came back to the dining room to attend to the salad bar. The items on the salad bar were fresh, but I was disappointed they did not have spinach or mushrooms which other locations have. They also had few pizzas (4) on the buffet considering there were 5 tables occupied - one of them a larger group. They did not have any dessert pizza either - again something I have seen at most other locations. I would return here because the food they did have was good. Maybe if they had more staff inside the building, there would have been more...

The Worst manager "Amber" ever ....I tried calling my family in something this afternoon and she answered and started off being totally rude ,horrible attitude ever to be in the restaurant business answering phones if this store wants to keep returning customers 'which my family just changed our store and chain now because of this TRI COUNTY Worker -who showed up at the wrong place of employment ....She hung up the phone on us over 3 times to begin with and then kept yelling for me to slow down talking and was even getting into my family's personal conversation by screaming at me over my daughters personal business in my home in the background and after we gave her our personal debit card number 4 different times she then proceeded to tell us our card was no good .This card is 100% good and legit .So we asked for the district managers number and she hung up on us instead .So ,Amber,We told u how rude you are and you would be reported.I'm sure this isn't a first for you and...

Tried to call in an order looking at their menu on their site. The prices they charge r higher than what it says on menu then why dont they update their menu and they should of gave me the price they had listed since they wrote the ticket up they would not even honor a senior discount either the gentleman said people lie to get the discount so I took it as he was calling me a liar why would a person lie about being a senior that's absurd and that is ridiculous paying just right at 20 dollars for 2 small pizzas AND WE GET THE PIZZAS AND GET ALL THE WAY HOME AND THEY PUT JALAPENOS ON IT I DIDNT ASK FOR THAT WANTED BANANA PEPPERS FOR THE PRICE U WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GET THE ORDER RIGHT REALLY!!!!! THIS IS WHY THEY GOT A ONE STAR THEY REALLY DESERVE A ZERO I wont be eating there anymore!! next time I will go to pizza inn in greeneville u get full buffet salad soup pizza pasta and dessert drink for $25 just thought I'd let people know their menu prices...
