Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Morristown

So sick of placing and paying for an order, just to have them bring something completely different than what I ordered and letting me know then that they were out of what I ordered so here's what ever they threw together. That's literally theft and shady AF. This isn't a one off. This has happened almost every visit to three sonics in the area. Servers are always down and you can't place orders, if you can they ALWAYS mess it up. Three locations don't know the difference between a lime and a lemon! Even troglodytes know the difference between a lime and a lemon. Give me my money back since your business can't actually give me what I Pay for. I don't really care if it's 10$ or 1$ it's failure to produce goods that were paid for and it violated my protected rights as a consumer in Tennessee not to mention counts as misleading and deceptive practices of business!!! And yes I've been denied refunds at multiple locations multiple times. Workers never know what to do and are combative and rude. Always "slammed" with two cars in the place. Constant excuses for why it's my fault I'm not getting...

The worst food place ever.. I go once in a blue moon for a different change and each time I get disappointed. The foods always cold and the bread soggy and the fries and onion rings are always hard and dry. This time it really yore my stomach up and cramped never again will I eat at this industry. Sonic use to be the best now they are the worse many people complain of how the company food products has gone down the drain and the company will eventually lose more and more business and will have to shut down. Me and many others had enjoyed going to this franchise but every year it seems to get worse not enough pride and many of the employees are rude and hateful yes I completely understand how hard any job can be under a lot of pressure but however it's no since in being rude I have worked in industries where I had to do it all but still kept smile on my face and made guest happy and they became more understanding and calmer. So we the people would like some improvements so we can continue carrying on this franchise...

This location is hit/miss food and customer service wise.. Sometimes the food is good but the car hop is morbidly depressing and others the food isnt so great and the car hops are awesome.

However, past visits aside, this trip my food was fresh and delicious, plus the car hop Austine? was great and friendly.

Pros: Good quick food and great staff (for the most part)

Cons: Sometimes the foods not so fresh and the car hops look and act so miserable ot makes you feel miserable!

Overall: This location is good and typically stays busy. I'd recommend going mid day to early afternoon though, for fresh food and good friendly service. If the car hop looks tired or worn out, throw'um a tip and a joke and...
