Taco Bell — Restaurant in Morristown

I really wanted to love this new location. I have given it several chances and have been left hungry and disappointed. I have never had to wait longer for taco bell in my entire life. You know, you don't really expect much customer service wise now when it comes to fast food but this experience was a joke. When I got up to the window and the worker told me they were out of Baja blast (which has literally been every time I've gone through) she then proceeded to turn her back to me and lean against the drive thru window while pouring slushie out of an open cup into her mouth. Food quality is not consistent and there are often random ingredients in items that are not menu standard. I honestly don't even understand how a brand new location can be this bad. Especially with its competition in Jeff never has ice or Baja blast either. Someone needs to put this location out of its misery. It truly is worth the extra 10-15 minutes of driving to a different location. I waited 25 minutes when I was the 3rd car back. I stopped in here one day to grab a drink and check out this Taco Bell. Although I did not order any food, I can comment on the excellent service and cleanliness of the store. I'm not one to dine in especially at fast food restaurants but I would be willing to consider it at this new location. The restrooms were spotless and evident that the workers are doing the required hourly checks which is rare. The location itself is perfect on the corner of W AJ Hwy and Hwy 160. Its an easy in and out with plenty of parking. Not that Morristown needs more restaurants but adding this location was a welcome addition in this spot. I'm not sure how late they are open but assuming they offer the chain's late night pick up window, I am sure there are many thankful residents glad that a late night snack no longer means venturing into city limits. Ordered a meal box at the Drive-Thru and I got all the wrong food. I didn't realize it until I got back to my office to eat and opened the box. Called the restuarant and they just put me on hold and never came back. Drove back to the restaurant, still on hold but no one was at the front counter. I finally had to go around the front counter to find someone who said they would help me but immediately walked away to do something else.
