Short and sweet, 10/5 if I could for the coffee quality and the service from this small business.

1. Coffee - the bigger coffee chains around here better watch out 💪 They grow their beans and brew it here locally, my favorite is their cinnamon toast hot coffee but their frozen lemonade (you can add red bull, ask for an caffenade) are addicting as they use actual frozen strawberries. They have plenty more different items with fresh ingredients (they'll show you, dates and all 👍)
2. service and atmosphere - When the fresh coffee brew hits your nose while listening to the soft jazz music accompanied with the neat coffee decorations and warm southern hospitality, you genuinely feel like you're not even Grand Bay for a moment. If you like coffee don’t come here. I got a 1/2 sweet latte with an extra shot that tasted like hot sugar milk. If this is their 1/2 sweet I shudder to think how much sugar is in their regular sweet. We order a regular ice latte that seemed to confuse them. Received an over-sweetened iced coffee. We returned it for a non sweetened one since that is what we order. The roast on this one was so burnt it was undrinkable. It’s crazy there’s coffee places that exist that don’t even know what a latte is. Our food orders were also messed up but mistakes happen. The staff were really nice but there wasn’t anyone over 20 in the whole building. I usually wouldn’t leave a bad review but the high praise this place had seemed insane. If y’all haven’t tried The Roastery Coffee Co. Grand Bay y’all are missing out!!!

My daughter and I just went for the first time thing morning, I drive by it all the time and always wanted to try it but never found the right time. I am so glad I found the time this morning!! We just got home I’m not even done with my coffee yet, and this is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. I got the French toast iced coffee off the fall menu and got my daughter just a vanilla iced coffee. I tried hers and it’s just as good as mine.
