Summary Why not make what seems like could possibly be the only two sandwiches of the day darn good so we want to come back?

Details Called in order around 1230 on Sunday, and order was ready far faster than the 15-20 minutes they estimated. There were no patrons the whole time we remained in their parking lot, eating.
Very nice person answered phone but kept repeating the order with an Italian grinder instead of a side of Italian dressing,
Sandwich tasted good but the tomato was so difficult to eat that I ended up looking at it, and it's no wonder. It was the top, not well cored and nor sliced. The green, not-centered core was far too tough to even bite through. Basically, it needed human attention.
Upon examination, the right side of the sandwich had an inedible tomato-top, the left had a couple scraps. Also, there was an incredible amount of cheese, almost too much (something that I can hardly bring myself to say!) on the sandwich.
You'd think that with an empty lot, at LEAST two employees (spoke to one, called in order to another), and an order of two of the exact same absolutely standard non-gourmet grinders, SOMEONE could have been paying a little more attention. I mean, would either of them wanted...

The service and food in White pigeon was horrible. All young kids no manager on a Saturday afternoon. Our fries and sandwiches came out burnt as you could tell in the picture. As we were still waiting on part of our order, we went and told them about the burnt fries, the person taking the order, said there was no manager to talk to, so a young girl came up, and I explained the situation they said, bring them up and we will replace them after bringing them up. Read moreAfter arriving home with our order we realized they didn't give us our breadsticks and wings and our pizzas were prepared wrong. We called to inquire. Their answer was to drive back and pick it up (we had a house full of people at this point). They then agreed to give us credit for our entire bill, approx $90, after we didn't want to make the drive again and what we did get was wrong. I called today to place an order and use our credit, they have record of our order, and that we were to receive a full credit, but are now only offering a 50% discount.
