Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Moultrie

I had to update my review. As I mentioned in a post before, over a year ago, I had the gastric bypass. Anyone who knows anything about the procedure knows specific food items are no longer able to be a part of a person's diet. The past few times I have gone, I have had sugar in my Guilt Free Vanilla Freezer. My body tells me when a specific ingredient is present. I'm disappointed. The service and atmosphere is no longer cheerful or welcoming. No cheerful greetings, not many smiles, and they seem to be nervous, when specific employees work together. A young lady mentioned to my husband and I about the manager no longer allowing the extra from the blender to be served. I'm cool with it, however if their sized cups were sized as Dunkin Donut's cups, there would be no waste. If a small, medium, or large recipe calls for a specific amount of ingredients, and if it doesn't fit in the container ordered, it gets thrown away, but the customer pays full pric, that is called stealing. I'm done with Elkianos stealing my hard earned money, that I work 12 hour shifts for. The past two weeks or more Ellianos in Moultrie has been declining in service towards my husband and I. We used to go two to three times a day. Now, since our last visit, I have decided to not return after I use my rewards this last time. Moultrie needed a place of heart and neighbor friendly. That is no longer Ellianos. I do not apologize for honestly. I am going to apologize to the specific workers who shared their kindness with us, even for just a short time.

Update: because of this review, I am no longer allowed to be served at this location. I made an order because I was late for work (law enforcement), and the young lady announced they were making my order, a minute later she came to the window and stated her "manager" said they can no longer serve me. Neither of the young ladies knew how I could get a refund for over $35.00. I had to find a link to get someone's attention because there isn't any help on how to get a refund.

Google review is FOR honest opinions about businesses for review by locals, tourists, and critics. However this has become retaliation. I pray that the manager ceases to make this personal, when a review is just as it states, "a review". People have opinions. If this sensitive society wants this type of leadership, then, I would like to live back in the 90s and further.

I always tell people, "Be careful how you treat people. You never know when you're entertaining an angel, "You get what you give."

I have been getting the same drink multiple times per week since it's release for fall. PUMPKIN CHAI LATTE!!! I have had this delicious drink iced and also hot. Twice this week yesterday Oct.11 and today my drink has been incorrect. Instead of the Pumpkin Chai I have been given Pumpkin Pie LATTE which tastes like plain coffee, milk, and sugar with a very bitter after taste. Instead of asking if they could fix my order, the girl at the window insists that my drink is correct because "she handed the girl the Pumpkin flavoring herself." I tried to tell her that there may be Pumpkin flavor in the coffee but no any Chai. She still refused. I also, ordered a bacon, egg and cheese crossing with extra bacon. Checked sandwich and only had 3 strips. So I asked how many strips of bacon comes on the sandwich originally, she didn't know so I asked could she find out, she rolls her eyes. Ok I LOVE Ellianos coffee. It is truly better than most. The only call out I have is their tops. This is not the first time and thank goodness I wasn’t on my way to work because my shirt wore some of this coffee from the top. I’m not sure if the Baristas will have to double check to make sure there is no coffee caught in the top but me as a consumer pays too much for coffee to be wearing or for it to spilling over in my cup holder.
