I am not one to give bad reviews but this subway deserves it. On 04/18/2024 at about 12 est. My friend and I went in to get sandwiches. We went in and ordered three six inch pita sandwiches as we were told they no longer sold wraps which was fine. Three people were working had to constantly repeat what we requested they seemed as though they were confused totally out of it. They were preparing a foot long when I continued to tell them I requested a six inch so when we got to register they rang up twelve inch and two six inch I repeated AGAIN I requested a six inch so should have been three 6 inch. I told them to do a refund and I wanted a six inch I guess it was the manager and her two helpers that we actually owed more money because one was a twelve inch. They couldn't grasp the concept it was suppose to be three six inch. Had I not been raised better I would have thrown the order I their face. They staff were sloppy looking in appearance not what you want to see serving you. I normally get subs from the in Kingsport next to hospital they have a wonderful attentive staff but because of where I live would have go back into town. Read moreI am a regular at this subway and usually the service is great but this time it was terrible the manager took off for a meeting and the help had left earlier and they had left a boy working there alone he said he had only been working there not even a week and well even though he was polite hes a talker there was a line of people and yet he continued in conversation not only that but I get the same thing everytime and he asked me 3 times if I wanted a drink and chips with my sandwich I said no 3 times yet he still rung me up for a drink and chips as well told me he did and charged me for that I told him I knew exactly what my sandwich costed he said he couldn't change it I had givin him a 20 he didn't give me all my money that he should of gave me back and kept the rest and did not give me my drink or chips he had rung me up for but yet he took my money...they need to really get it together I have worked at 2 subways myself and this was more or less a mistake on the managers part for leaving someone alone that had even been there not even a week...thanks for the vent but I'm not sure if I will be back...
Read moreMy coworkers and I frequently pick up mobile orders from this establishment for lunch 2-3 days a week. Nevertheless, the customer service has been disappointing lately. We visited last week, and my coworker observed they were currently preparing her sandwich. Through no fault of their own, she forgot to add a special message to her order regarding her allergy and accidentally called the wrong location. She courteously requested a new sandwich and apologized. Regrettably, the male and female staff members collaborated and began yelling at her, asserting she had left a negative review two to three months prior stating they had made her sandwich incorrectly. They asserted their manager had reviewed the security footage, which proved they had not made the sandwich wrong. However, my colleague has never left a Google review. When she denied their accusation, the female staff member responded with a terrible attitude, saying 'YEAH, YOU.'
