I'm not a person who will ever write a bad review. I usually can care less about stuff like this, but this irritated me beyond belief. This afternoon, I work next door to them and wanted to grab a quick lunch on my break. I have a collection of change in my car that flies all over the place when I drive, and drives me absolutely insane having them there. So I decided to get rid of some of it today. I got 3 things on the dollar menu, and paid with QUARTERS. Not even dimes and nickels. I pull up to the window to pay, and an employee named James opened up the window. I tell him my dilemma as a joke, about how I wished to get rid of my change, and quickly apologize because it sucks. Trust me. I used to work in food, and it takes awhile to count it out, but that's part of your job description. Especially working at a place like McDonalds. Instead of him joking back, or understanding, (even him being completely QUIET would have been a better outcome) he says to me (AND I KID YOU NOT)
"Wow rolls eyes, this is a little much to do in the middle on lunch right now, but it's part of my job isn't it" with nothing but attitude.
It doesn't stop there. Him making me feel guilty, I just simply apologize again. He closes the window on me and counts it out. When he opens the window back up to hand me my receipt, he nearly just whips it at me and shuts the window on me and doesn't even look me in the face.
It was just ridiculously rude. Fast food or not, nobody needs to treat any customer like this. Its change, NOT the end of the world. DO YOUR JOB THAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR.

Read moreI come to this McDonalds almost daily. I always order the same Large Coke Zero with extra ice. 99% of the time I pay with my debit card. I did not ask for a receipt because its usually always the same $2. When I got to the window the manager tried to hand me a Medium drink. When I said "its supposed to be a Large" she got irritated and mumbled about crediting me and then shut the window. when she handed me my Large she made sure to tell me next time she would have to issue a credit and recharge me (and she wasn't pleasant about it)and shut the window before I could respond. I would of been happy to have a credit and be recharged but she never gave me the chance. She was automatically irritated. I mean really the difference could not be that much money. I don't feel it was my fault the order was wrong. She acted like I was trying to get away with something. If you ask any of the employees that have been there longer then her they would say I order the same thing everyday and I am very kind and respectful. I miss Brian the manager. I don't know exactly what happened to him but you were better off when he was there. Also, the reason I didn't just take the medium is because I have a McDonalds Cooley that fits the large and helps the ice last through out my day. I also never write reviews but I feel this manager was very rude this morning. I don't know the difference of price but it can't be much. Read moreThis McDonald’s on North River Rd is quite pathetic at times, not certain why they think it’s fine to serve customers inappropriate food. Before driving off, be certain to check your food. I’ve gotten many Sausage McMuffins and the McMuffin is always hard as if it’s been sitting for a few hours, this happened too many times and now I check each time, yes I had to give the food back telling them I’m not paying to get a hard McMuffin. Other times I always order my Big Mac without onions and lettuce, get home and everything is on it, had to drive 15min back to get what I paid for, exchanged and made a new one, wasn’t apologetic nor offered me a free drink for my troubles, nothing. Another time ordered another Big Mac same way only to get a hard bun, never ever apologetic. I’ve made many complaints about this location, seemed nothing worked. Now I drive out my way to go to another location which have not experienced any problems maybe once within 6 months I’ve been going. That N River Rd needs to just close, don’t know why they have managers.BTW Sausage Burritos are 90% of the time...
