Edit: I also called the manager to ask why my mother was treated for poorly(my husband and I originally went but my mother offered to drive back and fix it so we could stay with our newborn baby and other children) i told the manaher i was recording our call- the manager had the nerve to say "a lot of people walk in here and try to lie to get free food or a refund for something they got". Excuse me? A lot of people? I explained how we aren't "a lot of people" and don't need to lie to save or steal 11 bucks. We are thankfully blessed. Now, that mindset is unacceptable and it really goes to show that the manager is biased when it comes to servicing people trying to get their order fixed- when her or her employees were the ones who messed it up. Bias is unacceptable in the workplace. Keep that in your personal life, don't judge me based on your poor way of thinking.
Absolutely garbage! They forgot to give a simple meal- they have cameras and so do we(in our vehicle) they did not give us a whole meal we ordered on our reciept. My mom is asking for a simple refund and the girl at the front walks away and says she wasn't dealing with her anymore? Lol! When my mom said for the 2nd time she wanted a refund and not the meal. Ok? If you hate your job or dont want to kffer good customer service you should go somewhere else dont you think? For them to think we were trying to steal a 11 dollar meal is hilarious! On top of that I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and they gave me a chicken sandwich- they refused to give us a refund or even believe us, my mom didnt take the sandwich back when she decided to drive the 11 miles back to whataburger to ask for her refunds- they said they would refund the sandwich if she brought it back! Then the girl says, from behind the counter, "I know they got their food" seriously? YOU HAVE CAMERAS! Why they even argued is insane to me. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life! My mother recorded everything, went in calm and stayed calm while they treated her like a criminal or someone trying steal an 11 dollar meal. Never will we ever go back to that whataburger, absolutely garbage and it makes me not want to go back to any whataburger. I can't wait to discuss this BS further with thr district manager and higher ups. I have NEVER contacted a DM before. Guess there's a first time for everything.    Read moreThis has to be the worst Whataburger i have ever the displeasure to do business with. To start with i may as well of dinned inside because the wait time in the drive through is ridiculously long I ordered a # 1 off the menue and I had to pull up and wait 15 minutes to get my food . I then decided to get 2 apple pies to go and walked in to order them after waiting 15 min and then I was told I would have to wait an additional 7 minutes . This place is so cheap that they do not keep pies ready, i guess the owner is afraid of losing the 15 cents if they had to throw one out. And finally to complete my experiance after getting down the road 5 miles or so I look inside to eat my meal and it looked as thou they literally threw the ingredients onto the bun. The vegetables were hanging out of the bunn or just laying in the bottom of the bag. O and I guess they place a fist full of onions on the burger to make up for the lack of meat. I guess they do keep frech fries ready to go because they were as if they had been laying around sence the morning shift cold and soggy. Whataburger is usually my perfered fast food choice but I will definitely not eat here again even though I live here, I will drive to henderson or nacogdoches if I want Whataburger food. At the price that whataburger charges I got ripped off. I will inform my friends that come to town and just anyone that may be going through there to avoid this...
   Read moreBeing that my uncle is the COO of DKT Enterprises, my expectations at Whataburger are the standards he has set by his own hard work. He started at Whataburger at the age of 15 as a fry cook and stayed loyal to the company and their policy on Satisfaction. My husband and I stopped here on our way to our away football game in Nacogdoches from Hallsville. Upon walking in to this establishment, we were never greeted. We placed our order and sought a table. There were 3 other families eating. About 10 empty tables remained and EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. Food on them, dead bugs and all the old order number placards remained. I went back to the counter and let them know there were no clean tables. I was given cleaning towels to clean one. I used hand sanitizer on the wall to clean our table. We used the restrooms. The women's stalls were disgusting and the men's had no soap and urine on the floor. When we got our food, I had to return to the front, and wait in line, to ask for napkins. Why aren't napkins available or placed in bags?
