I absolutely love this place. The wings are great when asked for a double dip or extra crispy but the blast time I went, my wife and I were faced with the rudest server. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere by the front staff. My wife and I tend to want to stay away from the crowded areas so we meandered where there were less people (still had some across from us). We were happy and ready to go until a thin blonde younger girl came up to us saying "hey guys, can we keep things to the front please, thaaaanks" with all the snark and sarcasm included at no cost. Love to come to a place I'm always looking forward to eating at to be treated like a child by someone prentending to be an adult. No tact, no professionalism, just attitude that she was so willing to show her other staff (another older server in the front) and customers. I thought it was just me at first but my wife felt the same. Another couple across from us looked up at the sharp tone she took and I don't expect much. Just maybe to be treated like a person instead of a nuisance. Next time maybe don't serve if you are having a bad day. I dont mind moving due to whatever reason but the tone and wording SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT. When I left that day I was angry and I let the front know briefly why before i headed out. I will be coming back because I do love the wings the rare chances I get to go. But I will dismiss her and ask for a manager if she is our...
Read moreAfter we sat down one of the hostess brought us menus and took our drink orders. Our waitress showed up while the hostess was there to take our food order. Considering we were seated all of 30 second our group of 4 was not ready to order. That was our first mistake since she didn't come back for 42 min. The only reason she come over is we complained to the hostess that we feared our waitress was lost. 4 orders were placed (coconut shrimp, a dozen wings, a mushroom Swiss burger - medium well, and a BLT). Almost a half hour later the "food" arrived. The coconut shrimp and wings were loved by those who ordered them. The cold mushroom Swiss burger was raw (straight from the butcher raw). The BLT consisted of Mayo on one side. 2 super thin, burnt pieces of fake-in (definately was pre-cooked fake grocery store bacon that was re-cooked to heat it). A small old piece of lettuce and a unripe tomato slice. Consumers at the table were male 41, female 41, and 2 boys (both 12). We were there for over 2 hours just to have dinner in the less than half full dining room. On a positive note, the hostess that seated us was right on with her drink recommendations. Everyone we interacted with (employee wise) was very pleasant. Needless to say, unless we are going out to the bar to drink we will not...
Read moreThis was our first visit here. Nice pub atmosphere. They have a restaurant section and a bar section. We werenât sure if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated, but the host/ waiter soon greeted us and told us to choose our table. He was very pleasant and attentive despite running between the bar to bartend and waiting on tables. There was only one other couple eating when we arrived (about 1:30pm on a Thursday) so Iâm sure it wasnât their busiest time. We first ordered the Nacho Grande for an appetizer. It had colorful chips, poured-on cheese, a little bit of chili, and sliced jalapeños on top. It was okay. I ordered ginger ale and the pulled pork with onion rings. Perfectly portioned for one person. Pork was tender and tasty and the onion rings were crunchy and cooked perfectly! Not greasy at all. I wouldâve loved some extra bbq sauce on the table to add when needed, and a little dipping sauce for the onion rings. My husband ordered a Pepsi, and the Three Pines Burger. He said it was cooked as ordered and tasty. He got many refills on his drink, but I wasnât offered any. Looks like they have lots of different beer on tap. Weâll be returning to try some more from their menu⊠I hear the wings...
