Subway — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant Township

Got black hair in my footlong just called about it, 😂..they said no workers there have black hair and I told them well I'm bald so who's is it.. Management was ignorant and said they would call the cops cause I said I'm going to bring it up at lunch time rush and walk in and show all your customers.. 🤣.....now I had a sandwich with a bite taken out of it???? Well it caused a bunch of bull crap for me,..so I decided to go through there reviews and 😱😳 OMG!!! A picture of another person's foot long with a bite taken outta the sub, just like mine.. seriously...this picture is of the other person's foot long.. So this has happened to others at the Hickory PA Location.. Maybe you should Actually have your managers on shift instead of 2 Teenagers!!!! Cause there's no one to Watch these people and how they make the food and treat there customers..Well customers are always right!! Unless you have a foot long from Subway in Hickory , They tell you bring it back they will remake it , then when you get there there's teenagers working trying to show off for the girls that we're in there.... Guy was man enough to run his mouth, I tried to avoid him but didn't work told me he wasn't remaking it, told me that's how it was cut??????? Then proceeded to push the sandwich back across the counter to me as he smiled and laughed 😁.... I've watched enough You Tube videos from fast food places your employee was in the WRONG!!!! No customer service what so ever.. Don't throw or push stuff at customers with attitude and maybe they won't do it back!! This place...

Hours show til 9PM, but arrived and 6:58PM and was told they close at 7PM "Manager asked them to close early". Luckily the nice kids were able to accommodate my order. As i sat in line for the next 20 min waiting for my 6" meal, they had to turn away business from at least 10 other cars (I guess this location does not like $?). The Manager should be ashamed of their actions - at least show up yourself and support your team and if hours need covered, that's your job!! Don't let these kids take the brunt of your irrational decisions to close early. P.S. This is the third time that i have had similar poor experiences at this location; i avoid it at all costs and go to McDonald location any...

I went thru the drive thru at 8:30p and they close at 9pm. I sat in the drive thru for 5minutes and nobody Answered, then I circled the building to see if anyone was in there and I saw 2 workers. I knocked on the window and they told me there closed. I pointed at the schedule on there window and They told me there closed. Why Give a schedule too the public if your not gonna follow it. I wouldn’t recommend this subway location since they seem that they don’t want to service you past a certain time. They have plenty of time to make 1 sandwich before 9pm no excuses.
