Hardee’s — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

This is probably the worst hardees in the county, if you order make sure you check it before you leave because 9/10 times its going to be wrong. Also, most of the staff is incredibly rude, and lazy. Manager doesn't care about any customers complaints. The only reason Im giving one star is because I cant give zero. If you're in the area, just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Update: Its been about a month since my last visit to this hardees, I needed something cheap and quick, decided to give them another chance. The drive thru even repeated my order back to me... which was a hamburger, lg fries, lg drink. I roll up to the drive thru, of course there is the hardees enthusiam you would expect at yours truly, a sad and grim stare with a one sauce per order law. (Like why is that a thing? You can't give someone 2 ranches for two seperate people eating? Logical explanation pls?) I ask her if the order is as it says, she assures me the order is correct. I drive home. Cheese. I have never been faced with such trickery, such blashphemy. Next time I'm around I'll spend the extra two or three bucks at Buddy's instead. A restaurant that can't even get a double hamburger right isn't...

I’m not sure what this place is doing.. but it would be a wonderful place to become a restraunt. I walk in to have a wonderful dinner with my lady, that we don’t often have these days.. you know kids... anyways, I get the wonderful how are you today followed up by a note on the counter that the cashier had to read that stated “my apologies we are out of chicken tenders, 1/3 lb patties, mellow yellow, hot dogs, and ham n cheese. I’m sitting here trying to order but everything that Hardee’s could ever be was literally not here. I’m not sure what kind of manager would allow there to be no burgers, no chicken or hotdogs to be served at a place that is famous for all 3. Of course the menu is full of the 1/3 lb patties so I had to pick a combo then replace the patty with a 1/4 pound patty. Of course it was so complicated to order that it was completely wrong and I probably paid too much, for this cold fry, wrong burger wonderful date with my lady! Thanks again. I've never had a good experience here. It's seriously the worst one I've ever gone through, and over the years I've gone to so many! I love Hardees. I've gone to this one multiple times and I've never had a friendly experience. I'm usually waiting way too long for the food, and very often they're out of what I'm asking for. They never apologize for being out of something they're advertising that they have. They're never friendly. I'm only writing this review because it's happened so many times. It's one thing for a place to have a bad day. But this is a trend. Example: Me: Do you have different sizes of milkshakes? Them: No (in a very unfriendly tone). Me: Um, okay. Then I'll have four vanilla milkshakes with whipped cream and no cherry (for my four kids). Them: (first time) We're out of ice cream. (second time) We're out of whipped cream. [No apology, no friendliness, just all-around unhappy-that-you're-at-my-drive-through attitude. Ugh. I really don't think I'm ever...
