6/14/25 OMG if u see them advertising the roast beef dinner special, do not hesitate. It is freakin delicious. You get the most tender, tasty beef, mashed potatoes and stuffing all smothered in beef gravy & a choice of side for $12.99. Service was great.

5/31/25 Breakfast combo#1: 2 eggs, 3 bacon, home fries & 2 toast $6.50. Breakfaat combo #5: "Mess" scrambled eggs, home fries, ham AND bacon AND sausage, green peppers & onions & cheddar cheese AND 2 toast $8.50. Food was excellent as was the waitress. I'll let the pictures do the talking.

9/27/24 Had the meatloaf dinner which was OK (no veg included? Come on now..) I chose a side salad which was a sad, sad salad of nothing but iceburg lettuce, a paper thin slice of tomato n a few pcs of grated carrot. Nothing else. Wife's bacon cheeseburger had limp bacon but the burger was delicious and 100% beef, no filler. Food came out at different times n waitress seemed more focused on a 6top than us. Usually a great meal, not so much this time.

6/1/24 had breakfast. Wife had 2eggs, bacon, toast n homefries...$6.25. (Great meal for the price) I had steak n cheese omelet n homefries. Excellent food, portions & waitress. Love this place!

3/16/24 great as usual and still reasonably priced. Same great waitress.

8/30/23 Been back several times and I can honestly say I get my money's worth everytime. Luv that place.

4/27/23 Back again. Food is ALWAYS delicious! Waitress was wonderful. Still as clean as always.

Have been back 2x, nicest waitresses. I asked for an odd sandwich combo and cook delivered. I had the chance to compliment her later. Really great food.

2022: Food was delicious. Place was exceptionally clean. Even the tops of the ceiling fanblades. Waitress was attentive n constantly cleaning. Great...

A simple, quaint little place nestled in a two story house, in the center of Mt Union. Seems to be a local favorite with a relalxing, hometown atmosphere. Waitress was very pretty, nice and attentive, and was perfect when it came to our needing drink refills. Prices were comparable and fair for what you got (serving sizes). I had the meatloaf w/ gravy dinner with a baked potato, mac salad with a side salad. The only thing I would change is adding another slice of meatloaf to the dinner, otherwise, it appeared to be homemade and tasted good, as did the macaroni salad.

You have a myriad of flavors of ice cream to choose from for dessert ( hand dipped or smooth serve). There is a small parking lot out back as well as, a service window for ice cream and other desserts...

I was in town for a business meeting and stopped for breakfast. The place was busy but they only had one waitress on staff. She had a great personality but was overwhelmed. It took nearly 15 minutes to take my order but she acknowledged me and apologized several times. Once she placed my order into the kitchen time stopped. After nearly 30 minutes in a loud echo filled dining room I said to just pack it up for takeout. The cook said he would START my ticket next. I said no thank you I needed to get to a meeting. The waitress comped my coffee. I left...
