McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Union

My how McDonald's has changed; not for the better! I stopped in about two weeks ago and waited for my order. I ate inside the fries were dead and the coffee was cold. Second time for cold coffee in the past few months. I thought it would be a reasonable quick option; but, it was neither. I was a manager of a large Hardee's in the 80's; before I returned to grad school. McDonald's had more going for it back then. I took pride in working and so did the people I employed. In less than one year managed to turn that Hardee's into the top the region. For those of us older apps are not our cup of tea; nor is it placing an order in a computer! Giving discounts to those who use smart phones while ignoring those of use who are traditional buyers is alienating. You deny discounts to those of us older, for the most part, who don't use apps on smart phone and pay in cash. The atmosphere has changed in the past few years; it once was kind of friendly and relaxing. Today being inside the dining room is an uncomfortable feeling. McDonald's clearly wants one ting money as the designs don't get it. Here the direction is clear cheapen everything from the food, service and the inside experience. My girlfriend went to this place walked in and another customer publicly made threats and called her nasty names in front of all the customers this lady's fam. Was working went to the lady and instigated and egged this altercation to happen my girl friend did not respond no look her way got her food and walked out with a little girl wile this lady publicly bashed and threatens her ....no employees said a word she punched a door was verry erratic why was nothing done cops called employees punished what can be done we are about to hire an attorney and sue this place for the mistreatment and the failure on the staff to stop the lady or anything like this is wrong and down right ignorant.....the issue the lady had was from months ago when the same lady was verry ignorant for how she was acting with her autistic child she picked on him and picked on her how is this right something has...

Absolutely horrible service tonight. Ordered on the app, checked in right before I entered into the line. Gave code at speaker, got receipt at 5:12 pm, went to get food and was handed a free cone or fries card and was asked to pull in lane one to wait lol... other ppl ordered behind me received their food, another vehicle pull in beside me waiting a couple min before getting his food. I'm still sitting there and I finally get my order at 5:28 pm. 16 minutes!!!!!!! That's right folks... ordered on the app... big mac, quarter pounder, med fry, pie and cookies ( they already have made and sitting in warmer) The food was barely warm and just terrible!!! Rant over Oh did I mention I was the first car in line!!!
