Warning: You will pay according to your size as a person, not the size of the ice cream.

We ordered two "kid cups" of ice cream but were charged 75 cents more for one. When we inquired about the extra charge, they said it was because the person eating it was an adult. How does that make sense?

I wanted the same small scoop as my 4-year-old; I did not want more ice cream. I just wanted a little treat. Does that mean if I were 250# instead of 125# I would be charged even more?

While we were there, another family ordered a kid size, and the cashier challenged her, inquiring about who would be eating the cone. The mom had to show the sleeping toddler to the cashier to prove a "child" would be eating the kid size.

I will never go to The Dairy again. Ice cream was okay, not worth the greedy, size-discriminating,...

Newly opened. Excellent ice cream menu and very reasonable prices. If you're an ice cream lover like me, don't miss this place. Jump off I-71 if necessary, it's worth the side trip! Please note that the people who rated this place with 1 or 2 stars are people who compare it with the past owner. They say the ice cream is a lot more expensive. Well, of course the old owner went bankrupt if he didn't charge enough to cover his costs, and the new owner doesn't want to go bankrupt so he has to charge a higher price. Try comparing the cost of the ice cream with other places that are OPEN, and you will see that the prices are very reasonable in comparison. We talked with the owner about making his own ice cream and he said he is considering it, but wants to get...

What an expensive disappointment!

We were huge fans of the former establishment. The new management gave an incredible facelift to the facility. It was clean and the customer service was good.

BUT...

The ice cream was not nearly as good. My son got a “flavor” called Blue Moon. Apparently the flavor was optional.

The vanilla base of the ice cream flavors was flavorless.

And the prices!!! They did less than half the amount the former owners gave and the prices were twice as much! We had four orders of two scoops (no one ordered two scoops from the last owners) and it cost $14!!

Dairy Queen or “The Joint” is better ice cream for the same price.

I hope they make better changes than just the cosmetics of the...

Love, love love this ice cream shop!! Always a great selection always, friendly employees. they give back to the community, which is always a wonderful feature! makes you understand that they care about their customers and their community Love the new bench seating they added to the patio outside area. And now that they remodeled the inside you can actually watch some of the ice cream being made, which is pretty cool.

Fantastic icecream. Wife and I rode the motorbike down from Wooster. We got a “Flight” aka 4 scoop sampler. We had the red velvet, rocky road, almond joy and salted caramel truffle. All were good but the red velvet was by far our favorite followed by the RR. Place was hopping and the 3 young ladies behind the counter kept it moving along. 10/10 recommend.

We stopped by the Round Hill Dairy building at the fair and were pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of the ice cream. We just got a single scoop of cookies and cream in a waffle cone! it was great ice cream and a great portion for $4. The ice cream is creamy with nice size chunks of chocolate cookies in it. Overall great experience!
