Let's start with your employees should not be playing Tag through the store, running in and out the doors while customers are there. Next the girl who was running the closing shift was the one playing tag. I stood at the counter with my son( no other customers in the store) and waiting for atleast 3-4 minutes waiting on the manager to stop distracting your other employees to make my order. At this point I witnessed the most unprofessional language and disruption in a restaurant I have ever seen. At this point as the customer I felt uncomfortable even watching her actions and words. I spoke little while just hoping to get my food and leave. The night shift manager is a liability to your business and I hope you take action before it affects your business. The kid who made my sub had shoulder length hair no hair net hat on but hair was in face. He made 3 subs for 3 different people and was running the cash register touching money and change and NEVER once changed his gloves in between three people.
