Came here thinking they closed at 10 and they actually closed at 9. We obviously wouldn’t have come in at 8:30 if we knew they closed at 9. The servers and people working started taking the nozzles off of the drink dispensers 5 minutes after close. I went to get a refill before we left and I got covered in Diet Coke. We paid $45 for 2 adult plates and 2 kids plates. Would expect much better service and friendliness from a place that charges that much. My food was good, but I will never step back into this establishment because of the service. I let the guy at the front counter know about how rediculous the drink dispenser situation was, and he obviously apologized and said he’d let the people know not to do that while people are still in the restaurant (5 min after close finishing up our last few bites.) We felt so uncomfortable we got to go plates and left to eat the rest at home. I let it be known how awkward we felt. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and y’all should be ashamed. ALSO THE MAPS APP SHOWS THAT Y’ALL CLOSE AT 10. So before you act that way to paying customers, you should probably have your “manager” update the hours so customers can actually know when you close. I hope that rude employee has a change of heart, and knows that they have ruined a night that was supposed to be a fun family outing. So no, I don’t recommend coming here. It’s overpriced and if you’re going to spend that much just go to Olive Garden where you will actually be treated with kindness. Kindness truly goes a long...
Read moreWait, Nothing But Noodles did a small gesture that made all of the difference for me tonight. I have not been feeling well, nor eating, but I randomly had a taste for my Spicy Cajun Pasta so I decided to order it even if I couldn't eat it once it got to me. I placed an order online for my little sister and myself and put a note in to make my food with love because I'm sick and this is all I want :(. My sister went to pick it up and spoke of how speedy, great and nice the staff was and how they gave her well wishes (thinking she was me). She dropped my order off to me and to my surprise there was a desert inside with a note saying, "We hope you feel better soon. With love from The Nothing But Noodles family." 😭 This has been an extremely rough few days medically (not covid related thank God) and I feel like I just received a huge hug from the Nothing But Noodles team. Something so small just put the biggest smile on my face and made my entire night. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. I thoroughly appreciate all of you!
Btw, I ate a couple of bites of my pasta and it...
Read moreOn the night of 1/25/21 I ordered some food for pick up after my shift at the hospital around 7:20pm. I clearly called out my order in which the employee that answered the phone call correctly verbalized back to me. Upon paying for my food I noticed that there was parmesan cheese on the shrimp Alfredo (in which my fiance has a mild allergic reaction too freshly grated/ from a bag). I asked the employee to make a new one because my fiance explicitly stated that she did not want the parmesan cheese that comes on top. Less than 5 minutes later I receive what appears to be a new bowl of food....however once I got home and inspected the food. The cook had put the food upside down into a new bowl, I don't understand how hard it was to just make a new bowl of food in which I was willing to wait for. What would happen if this situation were to apply to someone who was to have an anaphylactic reaction, would they continue to be lazy and proceed with the same actions potentially putting someones life at risk. Im very disappointed considering this is one of my...
