On the day before Thanksgiving we ordered a pizza online, and the ordering app said 20 to 30 min. before our pizza and hot wings would be done. But we live 20 min. out from the store, and our order was done 11 min. after we place our order.
When I arrived at the store, I didn't see my order on the Pizza Tracker. I waited 7-10 min, the cashier said my pizza wasn't ready. I asked if it was being made after placing the order about 40 min. ago 🙄. She checked, then realized my order was already done 🙄. Note: the cashier don't give us the correct dipping sauce.
After leaving the store for 5 min., I decided to see if the pizza was hot, and it was colder than lukewarm 😬.
Spending $25 wasn't worth the level of service or how cold the food was at the time of pickup. We will not be using Domino's again on the day before Thanksgiving day!
Things they could improve on: Truthfulness of when your order is done. Better communication between the ordering company and the store. Keeping the food under heat lamps until being picked up. Have the cashier check the order to make sure the order is complete and correct. And have the cashier ask the customer if they want the receipt instead of the customer asking for it. Read moreUPDATE: I ordered Domino's again after a hiatus of frustration. I am proud to say the quality and attention to detail has improved. I received what I ordered and the food did not taste contaminated by nearby items. The crust was fresh. It was what I expected of Domino's. 10/16/24
I have no complaints from any of my delivery people so far. The chief complaint is the lack of details. I prefer my pizza crust without that garlic concoction added. Once I had to call and remind them to leave that off. Then the app update added the option to not have the garlic concoction. Each time I receive my pizza it has the garlic concoction on the crust, someone scrapes it off, and the latest trend of putting it on a couple of slices then scraping it off. This is NOT good customer service. I kept holding out reviewing this local store but I have to speak out. Details are important. The liability of not quality checking your end product may cause an issue. Not quality checking MY order is an issue. That garlic concoction does not agree with my digestive system. Read moreSo i don't usually leave reviews often anymore but I had to give a shout out to the dominoes team in mountain home because I was having trouble using the dominoes app and so I called and the manager Robin helped me and I have to say her customer service skills are exceptional that in and of itself made this specific dominoes my go to from now on for pizza for the family. But it doesn't stop there I feel like whoever has trained the employees of this restraunt knows exactly what they're doing because when the driver Stephen got to my house my son ran out to pay him and kinda in the confusion accidently dropped one of out pizzas but it was perfectly edible and fine and I assured him we were ok with the pizza still. But in ernestly insisted on remaking another one and redeilvering it to us. Thank you everyone from dominoes you won out business. We used to order all the way from meridian at johnys pizza but no more we will be getting our weekly pizza fix from this dominoes. I have never experienced such an amazing team.
